Glad to hear your doing well and jumping off the renting fence was a wise move. Rates will yo yo up and down but to lock in under 3.5 for a 15 year fixed is great. Good luck and write again, enjoyed it.

I dont know how these people drop there land line when I cant get anyone to even pick up the dam phone, I was on the phone on Nov. 28 for more then 30 min. and there recording said to callback after Nov 30

A great replacement if you ever used Intuit Billing Manager is FiscalGold.com. They are so simple and clean. They don’t multiple currencies but for me that doesn’t matter I’m in the US. But they have custom logo, PayPal payments, cool reports.. they also track who viewed your invoice like Freshbooks. I really like them.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I got the $75 back by threatening to do a charge-back with my credit card company. To those who don’t get what Doug’s problem is, companies have to disclose fees in advance. It’s a basic principle of contract law (“meeting of the minds”), which you don’t have to be a lawyer to understand.

I am considering dropping my land line and keeping my dsl, however I use my land line number on my website, have been using this number for over 15 years and would like to keep it
Can I keep the land line number without the voice service and it will ring on my cell phone?

Half an hour after calling AT&T on 800moveatt, I finally got a supervisor to cancel my land line. I don’t have an AT&T cell phone, maybe that’s why I didn’t get I instant service!!
Fred, the first guy I spoke to told me to call somewhere else. I said no, and was on hold half an hour waiting for Freds supervisor Boris.
Boris canceled the service, and “couldn’t understand ” why Fred couldn’t do it.

It surprises me just how many ‘millionaires’ are on websites talking about the AMEX black cards that they supposedly have LOL. Something tells me the density of Visa black card holders is significantly more than the former….
